9:30am to 10:30am

 

Our specially designed class caters to busy moms who often struggle to find time for workouts while caring for young children. Introducing babysitting services to MyTime, we ensure that moms can prioritize self-care without any worries. While this class is tailored for moms, it is open to all individuals. Centered around functional movements and exercises, this session is ideal for keeping up with the energy of little ones.

 

 

4pm to 5pm

 

Ideal for those finishing school or work a bit earlier, this class is tailored to enhance full-body strength, mobility, balance, and endurance. Suitable for individuals of all ages and athletic abilities, our program offers a comprehensive workout experience. Join us to improve your overall fitness levels and feel invigorated after each session. Whether you're a student, a working professional, or anyone in between, this class is perfect for you.

 

 

6:30pm to 7:30pm

 

Welcome to our highly intensive workout class designed to improve mobility and incorporate breathwork for a relaxing wind down, preparing you for a deep and restful sleep. We highly recommend following this class with a sauna session to enhance the relaxation experience. Get ready to unwind and sleep soundly.
